CENTER FOR NARRATIVE RESEARCH (CNR)

Since its founding in 2007, the interdisciplinary Center for Narrative Research (CNR) at the University of Wuppertal has grown continuously. Currently, more than 50 researchers belong to the ZEF.

We initiate, coordinate, and promote research and research-oriented teaching in all aspects of narrative. We are particularly interested in the relationship between narrative and reality. Our activities include the Narratological Colloquium, the "AG-Erzählforschung" (Study Group for Narrative Research), the Wuppertal Graduate Forum Narratology and the interdisciplinary e-journal DIEGESIS.
